Rick has been around food since childhood. He gives credit to his parents for giving him early knowledge about meats, spices and showing him the world of cooking. Then his world renowned uncle and graduate of Bishop Cotton School and later from Pusa Institute Mr. Pradeep Khosla. Later Mr. Pradeep went on working for Taj Group under the leadership of Ratan Tata. Today Pradeep Khosla is proud owner of high end chain of restaurants based out-of Hydrabad, India. Rick gets his motivation from his Khosla family and the cooking run in the family. He has been around three decades and has opened seven restaurants in past starting 1992 with his humble beginnings in Kansas City.
Anju has been around cooking from early days. She can be consider to be an artist in love with the "Masala's". She has been part of very successful concepts in past. She is also the creator of Virtual YouTube kitchen "Neelu Kitchen".

Mr. Kaplan holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He was licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma in 1973 and the State of Kansas in 1980. He has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Franchise Law at Webster University (Kansas City Campus) and Business Law at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He has been a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising, a member of the Corporate Counsel Section of the International Franchise Association and various other bar associations. He has been a frequent speaker on various franchise matters and in franchise forums.
